Streaming favourite Nicholas "NICKMERCS" Kolcheff has laughed off critics when he was accused of purposefully refusing to stream with Dr. Disrespect. Despite Doc's ongoing Twitch ban, the content creator has remained one of the biggest streamers out there and found other platforms to showcase his talents on.

Previously, Twitch's Ts & Cs prevented streamers from playing with those who'd been banned. This was recently updated to allow those who'd been given the boot to appear in the streams of others - so long as they're muted. Some thought this was specifically changed to get Dr. Disrespect back on Twitch in some form, but Twitch is yet to confirm or deny this.

With both NICKMERCS and Dr. Disrespect being about as big as they come in Call of Duty: Warzone, it's easy to imagine them dropping into Verdansk together for a bit of competitive play. So, why hasn't it happened?

Esports Talk shared a video titled "Nickmercs Blamed for NOT Playing with Dr Disrespect", which included a clip from the streamer's channel where he kicked off about the issue. Considering Dr. Disrespect and NICKMERCS often interact on Twitter, there's a growing number questioning why they aren't BFFs on Twitch.

When asked whether he's going to have Dr. Disrespect on his channel, NICKMERCS said, "I'm thinking about it, I'm weighing my pros and cons bro". He added, "Hundreds of his fans took it all serious, you know they're like, 'Oh bro Nick, you're a f*****g p***y...afraid to play with the Two-Time bro.' I'm just like, 'Yeah, right on man.' F**k that, shut up".

NICKMERCS continued his sarcastic rant, saying, "It's all my fault what's happening, shame on Nick for Doc getting banned, oh no, what a bad friend. Got it". The video goes on to show the comments NICKMERCS received in the aftermath and showcased the sometimes toxic fandom. In the comments section, Kolcheff was ripped apart as people said Dr. Disrespect "made" him who he is today.

Esports Talk pointed out that it doesn't make much sense for Dr. Direspect to stream with others because he's muted. Still, that hasn't stopped him popping by for a stream with the likes of Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag and Snoop Dogg - albeit accidentally. As his Twitch ban rumbles on, there are still more questions than answers when it comes to what really went down.

Only recently, Doc himself hinted that he might've been banned because he was costing Twitch too much money. It's important to note this is an unsubstantiated rumour that Dr. Disrespect hasn't openly spoken about. Either way, it sounds like he's just as in the dark as the rest of us.

Oh well, the Two-Time seems pretty busy being one of YouTube's biggest stars and building Rogue Company maps. Thankfully, there doesn't seem to be any bad blood between NICKMERCS and Dr. Disrespect.
