Leaked Fortnite Skins And Cosmetics (Patch v14.50)
With every patch or update implemented into Fortnite: Battle Royale, comes a plethora of new, unreleased cosmetics. It has become a tradition that leakers enter the game files following each patch in search of new skins and items. This is called “data mining”.
In this article, we will provide you with all of the data mined cosmetics found in Patch v14.50.
Most of these cosmetics will be released in the shop for purchase via V-Bucks. However, sometimes these cosmetics are available through non-traditional methods. For example, the Galaxy skin was only obtainable for a limited time with the purchase of certain Samsung Galaxy devices. We have seen this sort of promotion with items such as the Minty Pickaxe, the Honor Guard skin, and the Ikonik bundle. Fortnite has also started releasing cosmetics only available through competitive play, such as the Komplex skin and the Axe of Champions.
Remember, these are just the skins and cosmetics found in the most recent patch. Check out the links below if you are looking for more unreleased skins along with gameplay footage. Also, we compiled a list of Fortnite cosmetics that have been sent to the vault, never to be released.
Leaked Skins/Outfits
Move over, Marvel, here comes DC. As the Fortnite x Marvel season comes to a close, DC has entered the fray. Patch v14.50 brings with it brand-new Joker and Poison Ivy skins. Fans of the superhero genre have a lot to look forward to.
In the top row, readers will notice a trio of unnamed skins. This skin was originally thought to be vaulted. Previously called K-Pop, this skin was in the game files for months before being removed completely. Well, it’s back — and with a bunch of new styles.
OG Fortnite players will notice the return of the iconic default skins. These skins were vaulted once Chapter 2 began. Now, players will be able to return to the glory days by wearing their favourite default outfit.
Finally, we have some new promotional packs. Cloud Striker and Indigo Kuno are rumoured to be PS4 exclusives. Powerhouse will be a Save the World starter pack.
Leaked Back Blings
As usual, most of these back blings pair with one of the skins pictured above. For example, common sense tells us that Laugh Riot and Back Bloom are The Joker and Poison Ivy’s respective back blings.
Constructor Classic is the only unaccounted for back bling. Part of the Constructor Crew set, this back bling will likely be gifted to Penny, the classic Save the World character.
Leaked Styles and Variants
It’s become standard practice that Fortnite devs revamp older skins with new styles and variants. In this update, Ruckus, Mayhem, and Deadfire received new style options.
Deadfire, Fortnitemares 2018’s signature skin, got an icy makeover. Ruckus and Mayhem keep the spooky season going with some scary variants.
New Bundles
The above is a list of bundles soon to arrive in the Item Shop. Notably, we have the Ghost Rider bundle and the Lachlan bundle. Ghost Rider is the newest Marvel character joining the Fortnite cast. Ghost Rider and his cosmetic set will be obtainable through methods similar to that of the Daredevil skin.
Lachlan, one of Fortnite’s most famous content creators, is finally getting his own skin.
Leaked Pickaxes
The Joker and Poison Ivy will get their own pickaxes, but we do not yet have any official images displaying them. Nightbite, Tater Pounders, and Stuffie Smasher are part of a bundle linked to the mysterious K-Pop skin. Finally, Throwback Axe is, of course, the OG default pickaxe.
Leaked Gliders
Patch v14.50 brings us back to where it all started. Only one new glider leaked, but it’s the most recognisable glider in the entire game. The original glider has returned.
Leaked Emotes, Sprays, and Emoticons
Two new emotes have arrived with Patch v14.50. Show some sympathy with the world’s tiniest violin or grab a stick and toast a couple of marshmallows over the fire.
Leaked Wraps, Music Packs, and Loading Screens
The Patch v14.50 leaks come to a close with a few new wraps. Nothing too notable here, but most of the wraps seem to fit a sci-fi theme. Could this perhaps hint at something to come?
There you have it — every single cosmetic found in the Patch v14.50 game files. There are no further details on these items. They could enter the shop tonight, in a week, or many months from now. Regardless, make sure you have your V-Bucks on deck for when these fresh new items finally hit the shop.
