How To Unlock The Predator Skin In Fortnite
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 has finally revealed the seasonal secret cosmetic - none other than the intergalactic hunter, Predator. He has been rumoured and speculated to become a part of the game for a very long time. Predator has become an NPC as well, residing in the Stealthy Stronghold point of interest. Unlike other NPCs in the game, players cannot interact with the Predator; instead, they can fight to get access to his mythic item.
The players have found several clues and hints towards this collaboration at Stealthy Stronghold. When the portal from the Zero point opened at the front of this location, almost everyone became certain that the next hunter coming to Fortnite would be Predator. With this mystery solved, one more portal has been opened near Kevin the Cube's factory, suggesting the next hunter coming to the game.

However, leakers have already data-mined the in-game files and have decrypted the list of Jungle Hunter challenges. Players can complete these challenges as they come out to unlock the Predator cosmetic and more.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE JUNGLE HUNTER CHALLENGES
The Jungle Hunter challenges have released, and there should be more challenges coming out in the upcoming days. Here is a look at all the challenges present in the game:
- Find mysterious pod
- Talk with Beef Boss, Remedy and Dummy
- Collect 3 Medkits
- Collect Legendary weapons or rarer
- Defeat Predator
- Complete a bounty as Predator
- Visit Predator's apartment in Hunter's Haven as Predator
- Spend 30 seconds with 10m of a player as Predator
- Deal damage while thermal is active as Predator
These challenges grant special Predator-themed rewards for the players such as his built-in emote, loading screens, pickaxes, and more. However, to unlock the Predator outfit, players will have to face the main man himself in his natural realm. Players need to successfully eliminate him to get his special Fortnite exclusive outfit with two variants: Masked and Unmasked.

If the mere thought of facing the Predator gives you PTSD of the last season's Wolverine boss encounters, then don't be afraid. The Predator uses his melee pickaxes and deals significantly less damage to the players. However, his strength, as some of the players would've guessed, is Stealth. The Predator uses the mythic item (Invisibility Gloves) to become invisible and run around the Stealthy Stronghold.
Click to enlargeThe best way to locate him would be turning on the 'visualise audio' function from the settings which will notify the players if the hunter is nearby. Then, after discovering him, start spraying at him - this will cause the character to sprint towards you and retreat after the quick fight. The boss doesn't fight for long as he retreats after taking a bit of damage. Therefore, the crucial thing to keep in mind would be to keep track of the boss while he is trying to escape the gunfire. Moreover, players can spot him moving under invisibility; therefore; keep a close eye on the surroundings while hunting down the Predator.
After successfully eliminating the Predator, players will be given access to his unique mythic item, two slurp fish to replenish their health, and some gold bars as a bonus. Most importantly, players will get access to the spooky hunter's cosmetic in Fortnite.
