Fans of the single-player Fallout experience have been starved for the last few years. Regardless of whether it’s guilt over the game’s launch or a sincere interest in the multiplayer experience, Fallout 76 has been the recipient of Bethesda’s love recently, with the game dripping in DLC, especially after yet another expansion was revealed in the Xbox/ Bethesda conference at E3.

It might not be the original Fallout experience, but it’s the one that fans love the most, and are craving a return to after Fallout 4. And now, thanks to the ingenuity of hard-working series fans, players might be able to jump back into the world of Fallout in a whole new way.

A trailer for a fan-made Fallout mod has been released, and it boasts a whole new location never seen before in the series. The mod, titled Fallout: London is a brand-new mod that pushes the boundaries of what Fallout 4 mods have ever been able to do. The trailer sees a desolated London, plagued by mysterious creatures, post-apocalyptic beefeaters and a new clan of knights.

The description of the video describes the mod; “Fallout: London is a DLC-sized mod for Bethesda’s Fallout 4. As a continuation of the base game, the mod will allow the player to visit the previously unexplored post-apocalyptic environment of London.”

They expand on this by discussing their intentions with the mod - “Visiting a totally new setting allows for us to explore totally new cultures which have not homogenized with their American counterparts. It also allows us to explore pre-war European history, and the effects the Resource Wars had on the class structured society of pre-war Britain.”

The mod looks as good as official, and we can’t wait to dive into post-apocalyptic London. Fingers crossed that Bethesda can hold off on legal proceedings until release...
