Halo Infinite has been a treat for its players so far. The multiplayer beta for the game has been immense amounts of fun, and now that a fix for the wonky XP system is in the pipeline, it's looking like it could become one of the very best multiplayer offerings the Halo franchise has ever produced.

Even though we've got some reservations about the Campaign that we shared in our review, there's still a lot of fun to be had with the game at large.

But, some people still aren't particularly attached. And would you believe, it's the streamers who make a living off complaining that are leading the charge away from Halo Infinite.

Why Is Dr Disrespect Leaving Halo Infinite

Following some troubles with the game's aim assist, streamer Herschel "Dr Disrespect" Beahm IV, has lost his rag with Halo Infinite, and has threatened to leave the game for good.

During one of his streams, Doc expressed his frustrations with the game after he claimed that his aim assist wasn't helping him, then, he was disconnected from a game.

"If it goes past halfway, champs, I might uninstall. I just might", he says. "How are no AAA studios coming out with flawlessness in the first-person shooter genre? [...] I don't like complaining, but it's like, they had seven years on this, and we're still getting [problems]? I like the game, I love it.

"When it's clicking it feels so good, but all the disconnects, aim assist problems… Anyway, I've been thinking that maybe my expectations were too high."

But, there's every chance that Dr Disrespect could be the victim of a bug.

Halo Infinite Bug Removes Aim Assist

A bug has been discovered in Halo Infinite that completely strips PC players of their aim assist, leaving them at a massive disadvantage.

When using a game pad, a lot of players have had poor experiences with the aim assist in-game, while the settings display that it's active when it offers no assistance to players at all.

Perhaps Dr Disrespect is suffering from this - but either way, it gives him something to complain about. He might threaten to leave, but chances are, he'll be streaming the game regardless soon after. Don't worry, Dr Disrespect fans - he's not likely to drop Halo Infinite any time soon.
