Custom God Of War PS5 Plates Are Worthy Of Thor Himself
With the Ghost of Sparta ready to make his return to console in 2022, one person's impressive PS5 God of War build is worthy of both Kratos and Thor. What a way to get ready for God of War Ragnarok.
While interchangeable PS5 faceplates have been teased since before the console even came out, we've so far only seen a cryptic patent from Sony. There are unofficial makers out there giving us alternate designs for that ugly wi-fi router, and the latest is a doozy.
What Is The God Of War PS5 Build?

This amazing God of War PS5 build has been doing the rounds online and was shared by creator Débora Sampaio when it popped up across Reddit and Facebook. Sampaio says it takes about a week to make each one, but they are available to buy.
As well as being made to look like some sort of relic Kratos would find in Midgard, the PS5 features his handprint from the start of 2018's God of War. We also see his signature weapons of the Guardian Shield and Leviathan Axe, however, our favourite addition is the adorable Mimir head affixed to the bottom.
The OP promises that the plates leave all air vents open, and they're easy to install, meaning you should be besting Norse gods like a pro in no time at all.
Where Can You Buy The God Of War PS5?

There were apparently only 50 of the God of War PS5 faceplate packs built, so we don't know how many are left. International sales are pointed to Gom Gom Collectibles, where it works out at around £206. You're encouraged to DM the Instagram page to find out more.
If Kratos doesn't float your boat, how about a Red Dead Redemption build, Assassin's Creed Valhalla or a heartbreaking homage to The Last of Us' Joel? Other highlights include a Resident Evil PS4 and some God of War controller holders, so we can't wait to see what's next.
Sticking on some generic black plates to channel your inner Batman is all well and good, but up there with the Shang-Chi-themed Xbox, these are some of the best visual mods we've seen.
With Ragnarok rounding off our current saga with Kratos and Atreus in 2022, we can think of no better way to celebrate than with this custom God of War PS5. Faye would be proud.
