CD Projekt Red has just released an apology video on Twitter, and announced that the DLC has been delayed until the second half of 2021.

They captioned their Tweet: "Dear gamers. Below, you’ll find CD PROJEKT’s co-founder’s personal explanation of what the days leading up to the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 looked like, sharing the studio’s perspective on what happened with the game on old-generation consoles."

They also added a roadmap, which shows the DLC's delay. In the video apology from studio co-founder Marcin Iwinski, he says: “We’re aiming for the second half of the year, and we’ll reveal more when we have more to share."
