Black Ops Cold War Teases Season 6 Zombies Map

Call of Duty’s Zombies mode is without a doubt one of the most successful secondary modes in the recent history of video games. Too many people buy the most recent Call of Duty title exclusively to see how it handles its undead-blasting mode to deny it - it’s immensely popular, and its fanbase is incredibly dedicated to it.

That same fanbase is about to be very happy, as some teasers are starting to appear to hint at the new map for the mode.

Call of Duty Teasing New Zombies Map

A new teaser has been released by Treyarch that suggests the location of the next fully-fledged Zombies map. It is a large facility of some kind, scrawled with the red handwriting of the previous, similar teasers. “Weaver - this is the place”, it reads. “We must make our stand here. -Ravenov”.

The tweet comes with the hashtag ‘SeasonSix’, indicating that as expected, the map will be making its grand arrival in the next season.

The interesting thing about this image is that some fans have picked up on where exactly this is - because we’ve actually seen it before in Black Ops Cold War.

Where Is The Next Zombies Map Set?

Some eagle-eyed fans have noticed that this image is taken from the very same Spetsnaz training facility that we’ve already seen from Black Ops Cold War’s campaign mode, from the mission ‘Redlight, Greenlight’.

The mission is a stealthy one until you go in all guns blazing in a training facility designed as the Spetsnaz’s vision of the American high street, so it will likely be a location that is dingy with flashes of bright colours.

It’ll be interesting to see this map reimagined with the Dark Aether story in mind, and we can’t wait to sneak through it and gib some zombie heads.
