Spooky season is well and truly upon us, which can only mean one thing - a tonne of LTM are arriving from some of our favourite games, and Respawn has included Apex Legends in that list.

Before Apex reaches the end of season 10, the developers have promised players some tricks (and treats) are up their sleeve and have announced an all-star Monsters Within Halloween event.

When Is The Apex Legends Monsters Within Halloween Event?

The Apex Legends Monsters Within Halloween event is set to take place from October 12, and will last until November 2, introducing a whole range of exciting spooky additions to the ever-loved game.

What Should We Expect From The Monsters Within Event?

Respawn confirmed the LTM in a recent blog post, accompanied by a trailer for the event that revealed over 40 new cosmetics would be entering the game for players to obtain.

Some of the new additions include legendary skins, which can be obtained through Apex Packs or by the Apex Legends crafting mechanic. Revenant, Bloodhound, Caustic, and Seer will all be receiving Halloween skins, and there will also be a whole host of Halloween-themed weapons, holosprays and banners.

Apex Legends Shadow Royale Return?

The event will also see the return of Shadow Royale for one week only, which has been a fan-favourite since its inception. Shadow Royale is a LTM that takes Kings Canyon into the dead of night, and not only do you battle it out against one another as per the normal game, you're also faced with shadow-formed creatures to defeat.

What is the Apex Arenas Encore Map?

Not only did Respawn confirm the return and arrival of some spooky features, but they also announced a brand new 3v3 arena map called Encore. The map is set in the home world of Seer, Boreas, and contains a performance stage and some incredible lighting.

There's a lot to unpack for the final few weeks of season 10, and Respawn has ensured that players will be well and truly spooked by the end of it.
