Resident Evil fans have even more to look forward to, as in addition to rebooted movies and a live-action Netflix series, it seems another show is in the works.

The computer-generated teaser gives us a glimpse of the upcoming "Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness" drama series, mainly focusing on Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy. It seems that the series will carry on the existing lore, and the content will be canon to the Resident Evil storyline.

Check out the spooky teaser below.

Netflix Portgual actually "leaked" this in a tweet that was since deleted, prompting Capcom and Netflix to announce prematurely.

Producing this new CGI series is Hiroyuki Kobayashi, who also produces the other CG shows for Resident Evil.

Not many plot points can be plucked from the short teaser, but for those who are familiar with the antics of the Resident Evil world, can expect terror, mystery, and of course, zombies.

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness is scheduled for 2021.
