If you’re looking to find out what's in Dead by Daylight’s Shrine of Secrets this week, I've got you covered with all the latest Killer Perks and Survivor Perks on offer - alongside when it'll reset next.

The Shrine of Secrets is a great way of obtaining extra Perks in the game without needing to play a particular character, meaning you'll have more tools at your disposal to face off against Killers and Survivors across the maps of The Fog - so it's worth checking out what's on offer from week to week.

Highlights

  • The Shrine of Secrets allows players to purchase Perks using earnable currencies so that they can access their unique properties.
  • The Shrine of Secrets resets weekly, and we'll be here to provide regular updates with every reset.

Below, I've broken down the Killer and Survivor each Perk belongs to alongside what exactly it does, so you can see whether or not it would be worth spending your Iridescent Shards on one this week:

Perk

Character

Description

Alien Instinct The Xenomorph

This Perk activates when you hook a Survivor. You see the aura of the furthest injured Survivor for 5 seconds and that Survivor is Oblivious for 20 seconds.

Dragon's Grip The Blight

After damaging a Generator, for the next 30 seconds, the first Survivor that interacts with it will scream, revealing their location for 4 seconds, and becoming afflicted with the Exposed status effect for 60 seconds.

Dragon's Grip has a cooldown of 80 seconds.

Red Herring Zarina Kassir

After repairing a Generator for at least 3 seconds, it will be highlighted to you in yellow. Entering any locker while the Generator is yellow will trigger a loud noise indicator for The Killer at the highlighted Generator's location.

Wiretap Ada Wong

Wiretap activates after completing a total of 50% worth of repair progress on Generators. When standing next to a Generator, press the Active Ability Button 1 to install a Wiretap, which stays active for 120 seconds.

When the Killer enters within 14 meters of the affected Generator, their aura is revealed to all Survivors. Wiretap is deactivated when the Generator, is damaged, or when the timer expires.

What is the Shrine of Secrets?

The Shrine of Secrets is a way to obtain Perks without owning a specific Killer or Survivor. Using a weekly rotation, the Perks will refresh with two Killer and two Survivor Perks for you to choose from.

If you already own the Perk, you can use your Iridescent Shards to collect 100,000 Bloodpoints for you to spend in DbD.

Where to find the Shrine of Secrets

To find the Shrine of Secrets in DbD, you just need to head to any of the Killers or Survivors in the game and select the Shrine of Secrets option in the bottom-left corner. We've highlighted it in the image below, but you'll find it above the Store option in any Killer or Survivor section.

The Shrine of Secrets used to be part of the in-game store in Dead by Daylight, however, since the update that introduced the weekly free gift and the store bundles, it has now moved to the profiles of Survivors and Killers.
