Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 - ERROR 404 releases on September 7, 2023, at 1am BST.

As always, the new Battle Pass includes free and premium tracks. 

COD Mobile Season 8's free track offers the Cluster Grenade at Tier 8 and the Argus lever-action Shotgun at Tier 21. Alongside this Lethal Grenade and new Shotgun, free players can unlock a slew of Camos and Weapon Blueprints.

As for the premium track, below are some of the highlights:

• Satsumebachi - Deadly Hornet Operator Skin
• Sims - Martial Arts Operator Skin
• Domino - Killer Koi Operator Skin
• The Iron Monk - The Hundred Fists Operator Skin
• Holger 26 - Storm Surge Weapon Blueprint

• SKS - Ignited Rage Weapon Blueprint
• Argus - Death Branch Weapon Blueprint

Furthermore, COD Mobile players with a Ground Forces Battle Pass Subscription can enjoy extra benefits like a 10% boost to Player and Weapon XP, discount coupons, and limited discounts on crate pulls. Exclusive to Season 8, Ground Forces subscribers will receive the Wraith - Bio Mech Operator Skin, the LAPA - Dragon in Amethyst Weapon Blueprint, and the Backpack - Dragon in Amethyst.

Get ready to play a new Multiplayer map in Season 8 - ERROR 404, titled Kurohana Metropolis. This original map sports a cyberpunk-like aesthetic with an emphasis on close-quarters combat.

As an aside, the existing Coastal map has undergone some changes in Season 8. The middle road and basement on Coastal are more narrow now to improve match flow and promote a faster playstyle.

While you could always play Headquarters in private matches, Season 8 introduces the fan-favourite gamemode to Multiplayer. Additionally, Season 8 brings with it a new Playlist called Super Slide featuring several different gamemodes with unique settings that allow you to slide for longer distances.

When Season 8 starts, you can hop into Multiplayer and Battle Royale matches to earn Phantom Tokens as part of a new themed event: Phantom Conquest. With enough Phantom Tokens, you can unlock limited-time rewards like the KN-44 - Geisha’s Gaze Weapon Blueprint and the Blackjack - Bloody Fortune Operator Skin.

Throughout Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 - ERROR 404, you can complete Seasonal Challenges and Events to obtain even more Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, and Battle Pass XP. Most notably, you can unlock the Sai Melee Weapon. The Sai is dual-wieldable, enhanced with extreme attack speed, and grants users enhanced jumps and slides.
