Alongside Heirlooms in Apex Legends, Prestige Skins are the rarest and most sought-after cosmetics in the Outlands.

The premium collectables offer players three different forms that can be unlocked by racking up enough damage with the skin equipped.

With Loba receiving the last Prestige Skin, all eyes have been on Respawn to see who on the roster is next in line. A new leak from the game files has revealed that everyone's favourite Support, Lifeline, may have hit the jackpot.

Lifeline may receive next Prestige Skin in Apex Legends

According to reliable Apex Legends leaker HYPERMYST, Lifeline Mythic Skin codes have been added to the files with the Final Fantasy collab update.

This is exciting, as typically, when Respawn adds code to the backend, it means the content is planned for a patch soon.

Of course, nothing is guaranteed, but as an OG character in Apex and loved by the community, it makes sense that the Combat Medic is finally getting a mythic skin.

You can guarantee it's going to be popular as long as Respawn nails the design and theme, which the tram rarely fails to do.

Apex Legends fans were hoping for Octane Mythic Skin

One Legend that's still waiting on a Mythic Skin is Octane, which is surprising given his overwhelming popularity in the meta.

The Daredevil has a 9.9% pick rate in Season 19 according to Apex Legends Staus, making him the most popular character on the entire roster. In the replies to the leak, fans made it clear how much they want to see a Mythic skin - with some disappointed there's no update on its status.

"Anything new about Octane's Mythic?" asked one user, with another replying, "This is what I wanna know, I need a date so I can spend 8 gruelling hours deciding what skin to remove from my favourites."

It seems like an easy win for the devs to roll out an Octane Prestige Skin, but for now, they're focusing on other Legends. With all signs pointing to the Combat Medic, it's time Lifeline mains got excited.
